USA Hockey volunteers and staff convene each January for a winter meeting where legislative and/or playing rule proposals and various discussions occur. The 2026 USA Hockey Winter Meeting will take place Thursday, January 15 through Sunday, January 18 at the Renaissance Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.
The document titled 2026 Winter Meeting Legislative Proposals (in black and white) is the current version of the proposals that will be on the floor at the Congress meeting on Sunday January 18th. Any new amendments submitted in advance of the meeting will be shown in color so they can be identified separate from the previously approved amendments.
