Tina Mansinghani joined USA Hockey in May 2023 as the Manager of Program Services. 

A native of Laredo, Texas, Mansinghani comes to USA Hockey from the San Antonio Rampage off the AHL, serving as the Franchise & Business Operations Coordinator from July 2018 - May 2020, as well as sitting on the Board for San Antonio Youth Hockey Association. Prior to, Mansinghani has spent 20 years in hockey in various capacities from sales to community foundation. She spent 10+ years in the Central Hockey League & Laredo Bucks, 2 years with the American Hockey League front office, and two seasons with each the Arizona Coyotes and the Tampa Bay Lightning. 

Mansinghani is a graduate of Texas A&M International University, obtaining a BA in Communications with a minor in Marketing. She then continued her education at Grand Canyon University, where she earned a masters in Business Administration, Leadership.

Mansinghani's day-to-day responsibilities include providing education and resources to local USA Hockey member associations to support all aspects of youth hockey growth and association business operations.
