The USA Hockey Special Classic is an annual event celebrating the special hockey discipline, bringing together players and teams from all over the country for a weekend of camaraderie and fun on and off the ice.

The 2024 USA Hockey Special Classic will be held November 15-17, 2024, at the Super Rink in Blaine, Minnesota. The event will be held in conjunction with the 2024 Blind Hockey Classic. More information, including registration details, is available here.

The inaugural Special Classic took place in 2018 at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex in Cranberry Township, Pa. For more information on past Special Classics, click here.

The special hockey discipline gives people with a wide range of cognitive and developmental disabilities the chance to play the sport of ice hockey in an environment that is adapted to the level of ability.
