Scott Aldrich joined USA Hockey in 2003, and was promoted to manager of hockey operations for the organization in December of 2014.

Scott Aldrich has served as equipment manager for various U.S. national and select teams. In addition to contributing to the bronze-medal winning 2016 U.S. National Junior Team in Helsinki, Finland, Aldrich helped the U.S. to a gold medal at the 2013 IIHF World Junior Championship in Ufa, Russia, and a bronze medal at the 2011 IIHF World Junior Championship in Buffalo, New York.

From 1996-2001, Aldrich was the head equipment manager for Michigan Tech University's athletic department. He also worked for the East Coast Hockey League's Columbia Inferno from 2001-03.

Aldrich lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and has two daughters -- Makenna and Ella.
