Registration for this season will be a standalone system via google forms (link below). You will not be able to access this form information from the registry or Club Excellence portal.  At the end of the season, we will survey to see which items each association did complete in order to determine rewards status.

All associations who qualified for 22/23 rewards will be receiving Pure Hockey credits and HTGC rewards by mid-September.
