USA Hockey Announces National Office Staff Updates

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — USA Hockey announced today a number of updates to its national office staff, including the promotion of four individuals.

Kevin McLaughlin, who for the last 11 years has served as senior director of hockey development for USA Hockey, has been promoted to assistant executive director of hockey development. He will continue to have oversight of all youth hockey initiatives of the organization, including USA Hockey’s highly acclaimed American Development Model, as well as efforts in coaching and officiating education. McLaughlin has been with the organization since 1997.

USA Hockey also promoted Katie Holmgren to director of program services and Andy Gibson to manager of program services within the organization’s membership department. Holmgren has been part of USA Hockey’s adult hockey staff since 2010 when she was hired as the first-ever coordinator of adult women’s hockey and has served as manager of adult hockey since 2014. Gibson has been coordinator of program services since joining USA Hockey in August of 2016.

In addition, Andrew Ketterer was promoted to director of content. He joined USA Hockey’s communications team in 2015 and has served as manager of social media and digital content for USA Hockey since 2017.

Cameron Eickmeyer, who previously served as director of internet content and development for USA Hockey, has moved to the organization’s information technology department and will serve as director of IT development. He joined USA Hockey’s staff in 2007, originally as managing editor of internet communications.
