Rosters Set for 2018 AAPG

Teams Langenbrunner, Leopold Face Off Sept. 19 at Xcel Energy Center in Saint Paul, Minn.

USA Hockey announced today the rosters for Team Langenbrunnerand Team Leopold for the seventh annual USA Hockey All-American Prospects Game set for Sept. 19 in Saint Paul, Minn., at Xcel Energy Center.

Jamie Langenbrunner (Cloquet, Minn.) and Jordan Leopold (Golden Valley, Minn.), both Minnesota natives and U.S. Olympians, will each coach a team in the event. Combined, they skated 28 seasons in the NHL and represented the United States internationally on 12 occasions, including three Olympic Winter Games, one World Cup of Hockey, four International Ice Hockey Federation Men's World Championships and four IIHF World Junior Championships.

The game will feature 42 of the top American-born prospects eligible for the 2019 NHL Draft, including 10 Minnesotans in Kaden Bohlsen (Willmar), Ben Brinkman (Edina), Ryder Donovan (Duluth), Ethan Frisch (Moorhead), Drew Helleson (Farmington), Aaron Huglen (Roseau), Trevor Janicke (Maple Grove), Michael Koster (Chaska), Garrett Pinoniemi (Mound) and Grant Silianoff (Edina). The game will also include the current consensus top pick in forward Jack Hughes (Orlando, Fla.).

Wroblewski, Hinote Tabbed Assistant Coaches; Support Staff Also Named

USA Hockey also announced today that John Wroblewski (Neenah, Wis.), head coach for USA Hockey's National Team Development Program Under-18 Team in 2018-19, will serve as an assistant to Langenbrunner, while Dan Hinote (Elk River, Minn.), associate coach for USA Hockey's NTDP Under-18 Team, will serve as Leopold's assistant coach. Wroblewski, entering his third year as a head coach with USA Hockey's NTDP, is serving as an assistant coach at the All-American Prospects Game for the second time after doing so in the 2016 game. Hinote, who begins his first season with USA Hockey's NTDP, will be an assistant coach in this event for the first time.

Additionally, USA Hockey today named the support staff for this year's game, which will include athletic trainers Jason Hodges (New Baltimore, Mich./USA Hockey NTDP) and Stan Wong (Boca Raton, Fla./USA Hockey) and equipment managers Jake Visser (Grand Rapids, Mich./USA Hockey NTDP) and Scott Aldrich (Colorado Springs, Colo./USA Hockey).
