LAKE PLACID, N.Y. — Today is game two of the 2015 Under-18 Series between the U.S. and Canada. Puck drop is at 6 p.m. ET and the game will be streamed live on usahockey.FASTHockey.com.
In an exciting game yesterday, Rebecca Gilmore (Wayland, Mass.) and Natalie Snodgrass (Eagan, Minn.) each tallied a goal but the U.S. Women's Under-18 Select Team dropped the opening game of the 2015 Under-18 Series, 3-2.
The series has been held annually since 2007. The U.S. and Canada have met eight times at the Under-18 Series and Team USA holds a 9-1-3-12 (W-OTW-OTL-L) record.
The U.S. roster features seven players who helped the 2015 U.S. Women's National Under-18 Team earn a gold medal at the International Ice Hockey Federation Under-18 Women's World Championship in Buffalo, New York. They are Cayla Barnes, Grace Bowlby, Rebecca Gilmore, Patricia Marshall, Presley Norby, Natalie Snodgrass and Alex Woken.
Marshall is the team captain with Norby and Woken as alternate captains.
The final game of the series will take place on Sunday at 10 a.m. ET.
