Lake Placid, N.Y. – After working hard for strength and conditioning tests, players started the day with a morning skate and were given some time to rest and rehab. The 22-and-under teams took the ice later in the day to play in the first competition of camp. Not only did the teams skate a full 60-minute game, they also played a 10-minute overtime and participated in a shootout to further showcase their talent. Team White took a 3-2 victory over Team Blue.

All practices and scrimmages at the National Festival are open to the public. Visit the National Festival page for on-ice schedules and rosters.
