Member Services Department:
- Develop a complete understanding of USA Hockey at the local, state and district levels
- Database maintenance for all member types
- Verbal and written communication with the general membership
- Assist with compiling reports
- Provide support for member programs using the USA Hockey Portal
- Interest in working on product development and testing
- Attend department meetings
- Assist in preparation for Winter Meeting and Annual Congress
- Attend all Registrar meetings at Annual Congress and other meetings as assigned
- Assist at Registration desk as needed during Annual Congress
- Lunch time phone coverage for the reception desk as required
- Perform other duties as assigned (throughout the organization)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook, database management, and data entry.
- Patience and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Knowledge of hockey and understanding of non-profit, volunteer organization helpful
