Zach May Named Director of Philanthropy for The USA Hockey Foundation

Will lead prospecting and donor relationship-building efforts in Minnesota and the surrounding region

USA Hockey announced today that Zach May (Minneapolis, Minn.) has been named director of philanthropy for The USA Hockey Foundation, the charitable arm of USA Hockey whose focus is on enhancing the mission of USA Hockey by making grants to various organizations that share its values.

May, who most recently served as a regional sales director for Farnam Street Financial in Minnetonka, Minn., will lead The USA Hockey Foundation’s prospecting and donor relationship-building efforts in Minnesota and the surrounding region.

Prior to his time with Farnam Street Financial, May spent two years as a sales development representative and account executive at SPS Commerce in Minneapolis, and seven years with D.K. Construction and Remodeling.

May, who recently has served as head coach of the Chaska Chanhassen 12U AA team, played four years of college hockey at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota, and also a year of junior hockey in the North American Hockey League.

A 2014 graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College, May earned his bachelor of arts degree in financial economics and environmental studies.
