Natalia joined USA Hockey in April 2014 as a temporary assistant to Member Services. She worked as their administrative assistant for 4 years before becoming a Regional Specialist. She assists the Rocky Mountain, New England, New York and Massachusetts districts. 

In 2017 she was promoted to Regional Specialist (AZ, CO, CT, ID, ME, MA, NH, NM, NY, OK, RI, TX, UT, VT).
