Marc Boxer joined USA Hockey as a manager of youth hockey from 2002-2011, before taking on the title of director of junior hockey in January of 2011. He served as team leader for the U.S. National Junior Team that claimed a silver medal at the 2019 IIHF World Junior Championship and the U.S. Men's National Team that competed at the 2019 IIHF Men's World Championship.

Prior to that, Boxer served as general manager of the U.S. Junior Select Team that claimed first place at the 2018 World Junior A Challenge in Bonnyville, Alberta.

Prior to joining USA Hockey, Boxer served as an assistant coach at Michigan Technological University for two years. Before his time at Michigan Tech, he played professional hockey in the ECHL, CHL, Germany3 League and the WCHL. Boxer played four years of college hockey at Miami University and two years in the USHL before that.
