Ineligible for Course

I hit an ineligible message when trying to register for my eLearning course. What now? Make sure you are registered with USA Hockey for this season: https://www.usahockeyregistration.com

Module History Not Showing

My history from the old system is missing or shows as "in progress", what do I need to do ? If it's missing, contact USA Hockey to have it fixed. If showing "In Progress" you don't need to do anything. This will be automatically fixed but you have not lost credit and can still access all content.

Stuck in a Module

If you are unable to advance to the next step in the module, try these steps: 

  1. Make sure you haven't failed a recent quiz. Quizzes require a passing grade of 80% to advance.
