March 6: Day 3

Team USA's second day in the PyeongChang Paralympic Village — and third day in Korea — started with breakfast in the Paralympic Village and some mid-morning exploring of the Paralympic Village. Outside of the dining hall, some players caught a musical performance that included dancing, Korean costumes and more. In the Paralympic plaza, others ventured in and out of stores and local exhibits. After an early lunch, the team departed the mountains for its 2:10pm skate in Gangneung.

PLAYERS ENJOYING LIFE IN PARALYMPIC VILLAGE
With the entire U.S. Paralympic delegation together in the Paralympic Mountain Village, both players and staff of Team USA have enjoyed interacting and mingling with fellow U.S. teams.

“In Sochi, we were really just with the Wheelchair Curling Team, so to be here with everyone is pretty cool,” said Josh Pauls, captain of the 2018 U.S. Paralympic Sled Hockey Team. “Walking around exploring, it’s fun seeing everyone from the snowboarders to the biathletes and more.”
