Day One - Feb. 3

After more than 17 hours of air travel, a one-night stopover in Seoul and a four-hour bus ride, the 2018 U.S. Olympic Women's Ice Hockey Team arrived to the Gangneung Olympic Village in the afternoon on Friday, Feb. 2. Today, the U.S. held its first practice at the Kwandong Hockey Centre.

TEAM PROCESSING
Upon arrival in South Korea, the U.S. women spent a night in Incheon, where each player went through team processing to get outfitted in Team USA apparel. The players visited with NIKE to try on their medal stand uniforms, Polo Ralph Lauren for Opening and Closing Ceremony outfits, and many more. Players also were sized for their official Olympic rings, took Team USA headshots and visited with Team USA digital media.

SETTLING IN
"The village is awesome. They took the time to put some decorations in our room. We have the pictures from 1998 on the wall, which is really cool, and the floors are heated! We've explored a lot and taken a lot of great pictures so far so it's been a great adventure so far." - Nicole Hensley (Lakewood, Colo.).

LOOK AHEAD
The U.S. will practice again tomorrow at the Kwandong Hockey Centre and will spend the next week preparing for its first game against Finland on Feb. 11.
