Kelly Mahncke began working with USA Hockey in January 2019 as the assistant executive director of finance, where she is responsible for USA Hockey’s finances, treasury, insurance, risk management, payroll, personnel and administration oversight. 

Prior to joining USA Hockey, Mahncke was the chief financial officer for Arapahoe House Inc., which was the largest provider of substance abuse treatment in Colorado.

Prior to that, Mahncke, who earned her undergraduate degree at Colorado College and MBA with an emphasis in finance at the University of Colorado at Denver, spent five years (2010-2015) as the chief financial and operating officer for USA Mobility, the most significant independent complex rehabilitation provider at that time in the state of Colorado.
