Kelley Olsen began working at USA Hockey in December 2012 in her current role as Administrative Assistant in the Hockey Operations/International Department, bringing with her notable experience from working at the United States Olympic Committee (USOC), including working at the 2008 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Beijing, China, United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), and Skywest Airlines.

In this position Kelley provides support to the Hockey Operations and International Department. This includes working on the logistics for Men’s and Women’s National and Olympic teams, including air travel, ground transportation, housing, meals, tickets, friends and family programs, sport entries, player eligibility, etc. She is also one of the liaisons between the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF), Member National Associations (MNAs), USA Hockey’s International Council, National Hockey League (NHL) and its member clubs, USADA and the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) as it relates to National and Olympic teams, high performance planning, and international relations. Her increased level of knowledge, and responsibilities, earned her the USA Hockey President’s Award in June 2018.

A native of Somers, Connecticut, Kelley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management and Spanish, with a minor in Business Administration from Flagler College, where she also played collegiate soccer. She also holds a Master of Science in Leadership, with a concentration in Sport Leadership from Duquesne University.
