Kelley Olsen joined USA Hockey in December 2012 as administrative assistant in hockey operations and international hockey. In January 2023, she was promoted to manager of international hockey. 

Olsen came to USA Hockey bringing notable experience from her time at the United States Olympic Committee, including working at the 2008 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Beijing, China. 

A central figure in the operation of all teams USA Hockey puts on the field of player for international competition, Olsen provides logistical support for air travel, ground transportation, housing, meals, tickets, friends and family programs, sport entries, and player eligibility. She also serves as a liaison between USA Hockey and the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF), member national associations, the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency and the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee.

A native of Somers, Connecticut, Olsen holds a bachelor of arts in sport management and Spanish, with a minor in business administration from Flagler College, where she also played soccer. She also holds a master of science in leadership, with a concentration in sport leadership from Duquesne University.

Olsen earned the USA Hockey President's Award in June 2018.
