John Monteleone is the director of education at the U.S. Ice Rink Association, a position he has held since 2011. The U.S. Ice Rink Association is a national non-profit membership and education organization for individuals, facilities and vendors in the American ice rink industry. It was formed in 2000 as a joint venture between USA Hockey and U.S. Figure Skating.
