Brian Merrifield joined USA Hockey on July 1st, 2019 as systems administrator. Prior to joining USA Hockey, he had multiple technical roles with AT&T (DirecTV) during his 24 year tenure with them. These roles included Staff Engineer II, Systems Administrator, SharePoint Admin and Application/Product Support Specialist.

A native of Colorado Springs, he spent his playing days included three years at Colorado Wasson High School varsity hockey team from 1988-90, and he served as captain his senior year.
