Amber Rayfield joined USA Hockey in January, 2022 as the director of human resources. Rayfield is responsible for day-to-day employee relations, recruitment and retention and new employee onboarding.

Rayfield’s background includes 16 years of human resources experience, most recently with Current in Colorado Springs, Colo. Rayfield first began her work in human resources with a Professional Employers Organization (P.E.O), where she was involved in all human resource efforts.

A graduate of Ft. Lewis College, Rayfield earned her bachelors degree of international business, and studied abroad in France as part of her education. She currently resides in Colorado Springs with her husband and three sons.
