2025 NHL Draft
Los Angeles | June 27-28
The 2025 NHL Draft took place June 27-28 in Los Angeles, California at the Peacock Theater. Players born between January 1, 2005, and September 15, 2007, were eligible for selection.
A total of 52 Americans were selected in the 2025 NHL Draft, including seven first round picks. James Hagens was the first American selected when the Boston Bruins chose him with the seventh-overall pick.
