Through USAHockey.com's free all-access World Junior Championship pass, Team USA fans will gain entry to exclusive video footage, including game highlights and behind-the-scenes features available only at USAHockey.com. NOTES: All-access pass coverage for the 2009 IIHF World Junior Championship begins on Dec. 15, as the team begins its pre-tournament camp in Lake Placid, N.Y. The camp runs through Dec. 19 ...
