Team USA finished the series against Russia with a 6-0 victory on Saturday.

A total of 43 players from 18 states arrived in Lake Placid, N.Y., for the 2009 U.S. National Junior Evaluation Camp. The roster was narrowed to 29 for the games against Russia after intrasquad scrimmages and Team USA went on to post a 3-1-0 record against Russia.

USA Hockey Selects Buffalo, N.Y., to Host 2011 IIHF World Junior Championship
USA Hockey announced today it has selected the Buffalo Sabres and HSBC Arena in Buffalo, N.Y., as the host for the 2011 International Ice Hockey Federation World Under-20 Championship (commonly referred to as the IIHF World Junior Championship). Dwyer Arena on the campus of Niagara University will serve as the secondary facility for the event. The 10-nation tournament features the world's best players under 20 years of age.

USA Hockey Narrows Potential Sites For 2011 IIHF World Under-20 Championship To Three
USA Hockey announced today that it has narrowed the list of potential sites to host the 2011 International Ice Hockey Federation World Under-20 Championship to (alphabetical order): Buffalo, N.Y., Grand Forks, N.D., and Minneapolis - Saint Paul.

Rolston to Coach 2009 U.S. National Junior Team
Ron Rolston will serve as head coach of the U.S. National Junior Team that will compete at the 2009 International Ice Hockey Federation World Junior Championship Dec. 26, 2008 – Jan. 5, 2009, in Ottawa, Ontario, it was announced today by USA Hockey.

U.S. National Junior Team Finishes Fourth In World Junior Championship
The U.S. National Junior Team finished fourth in the 2008 International Ice Hockey Federation World Junior Championship after a 4-2 loss to Russia today in the bronze medal game of the event.
