We are currently accepting registrations for the 2009-2010 youth ice hockey season!
TOYIHA will again be participating in the USA Hockey online membership registration program, which allows each player and/or coach to register online for the 2009-2010 season. Just go to www.usahockeyregistration.com and complete the online form. After completing the online registration, you will be instructed to print your confirmation page as proof of your current membership. Additionally, you will receive an email confirmation from USA Hockey. You must mail your printed confirmation page with your completed TOYIHA membership application and fees to: TOYIHA Registrar Kelly Peterson, 3626 Avenue F, Kearney NE 68847 or you may forward the email confirmation to kkpeterson@frontiernet.net. We will continue to process registration in the traditional manner for those that do not use credit cards or do not have internet access. This year's registration fee for new players to the association in the Mite through Bantam is $200 per player. If you are a returning player and registering after September 1, the fee for Mites is $275 and Squirt through Bantam will be $295. I.P players will still be only $100. Similar to last year, payment(s) may be made in one lump sum, or using an alternative payment plan of three payments. All checks must be submitted at the time of application; a reminder will be mailed to families prior to posting the second payment in December and the third in February. Any players wishing to "play-up" need to complete the Request to Skate Up form and have their request approved by the TOYIHA Board of Directors. All coaches need to complete the Coaches application and consent to be screened form and mail to TOYIHA Coach-In-Chief Kurt Schmidt, 2022 West 37th Street, Kearney NE 68845; you must also register online with USA Hockey and mail your confirmation page or forward via email to kkpeterson@frontiernet.net. Please include a copy of your certification.
