Registration Procedures:
USA Hockey/CAHA individual membership fees need to be paid and attached to the PYHA registraiton form. Please register on line with USA Hockey.
It is very simple and will save you and our registrar a lot of time and paperwork.
*In the right column of this website, there is a red box that says: Click here to become a USA Hockey member
*Choose member type ICE PLAYERS and COACHES
*Check the box I am currently 18 years of age or older and continue
*Select 2007-08 Season
*Select who you are registering for and continue
*Complete your information
*Confirm your information
*Type in your credit card information and select pay now $47.00 (this will be deducted from your fees)
*Print your confirmation page
*Bring to registration and tryouts
You will also receive an email with the bar code and a link. You may email this to Debbie Naylor at
naylorjian@msn.com.
If you register online you will only need to complete the PYHA registration form and the Zero Tolerance Policy.
Fees for 2007/2008*
Midget Majors - $500.00
Midget Minors - $700.00
Bantam - $675.00
Peewee - $650.00
Squirt - $600.00
Mite - $325.00
*Required PYHA deposit on fees of $200.00 due at the beginning of the first tryout.
