Marc Boxer began working at USA Hockey in September 2001 as coordinator of adult ice hockey. He held this position until May 2003, when he was named coordinator of youth ice hockey. In July 2007, Boxer was promoted to manager of youth and junior ice hockey.
In this current position, Boxer is responsible for the oversight and governance of 13 junior hockey leagues. In addition, he assists with all aspects of USA Hockey Player Development Programs and with youth hockey initiatives and governance in the United States.
