    2012 District Officiating Seminars
    The fundamental purpose of a District Officiating Seminar (DOS) is to bring the extensive fundamental material of the USA Hockey Summer Development Camps to local, grassroots areas throughout the country. The DOS is targeted at Level 3 and 4 officials who, for whatever reason, are unable to attend a USA Hockey Summer Development Camp. The DOS will feature intensive skating and classroom instruction focusing on advanced officiating material in an instructional, but non-competitive environment.

    SUMMER DEVELOPMENT CAMPS The summer development camps are used to identify and prepare officials for more advanced levels of the game (Junior A, NCAA, or Minor Pro).
