The IIHF announced today that 21 American officials will join 300-plus referees and linesmen from 42 countries who were assigned to officiate at events of the 2018 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship program.
In total American officials will work 14 international events including the IIHF Men's World Championship, U18 Women's World Championship and the World Junior Championship hosted on home soil in Buffalo, New York, this December.
