12th Annual Pond Nationals Take Place This Weekend

Event Runs Feb. 10-12 on Dollar Lake in Eagle River, Wisconsin

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The 12th anniversary of the Labatt Blue/USA Hockey Pond Hockey National Championships will take place Friday through Sunday (Feb. 10-12) on Dollar Lake in Eagle River, Wisconsin. 
 
"We're looking forward to another amazing weekend on Dollar Lake and we wish all teams the best of luck," said Katie Holmgren, manager of adult hockey and tournament director. “This is our signature event that is incredibly special and fun for all participants." 
 
As part of the celebration, this year's event will include the second annual USA Hockey Foundation Cornhole Tournament on Thursday (Feb. 9th) night during registration and a special appearance by Paralympic gold medalist Andy Yohe during Saturday night’s welcome party. There will also be an opportunity for players and spectators to try sled hockey Saturday afternoon prior to quarter-final matchups.

Notes: The 2017 Labatt Blue/USA Hockey Pond Hockey National Championships will include around 300 teams and nearly 2,100 players across 19 divisions.
