Use this quick drill to warm up your players and goaltender for adult league games

Warm up is not the time to practice picking the corners or faking your goaltender to the ice on repeated breakaways. The point is to let your goaltender feel the puck.

Use this quick drill and twist on the standard "umbrella" shooting pattern to improve your pre-game warmups.
