Reunion is One of Many Hockey Weekend Across America Events

This weekend, the 1980 U.S. Olympic Ice Hockey Team reunited in Lake Placid, New York, on the 35th Anniversary of their historic win over the Soviet Union. Members of the gold medal winning team relived the 'Miracle on Ice' by giving their perspective of the game through photographs, audio, and video footage. The reunion also paid tribute to Bob Suter, who passed away at the age of 57 on Sept. 9, 2014. Suter’s No. 20 jersey will be raised to the rafters in his honor.

The Saturday night event at Herb Brooks Arena is one of the many Hockey Weekend Across America celebrations taking place throughout the country. For more information click here.
