The 2015 U.S. Women’s National Under-18 Team meets rival Canada in the gold-medal game of the 2015 International Ice Hockey Federation Under-18 Women’s World Championship 7 p.m. ET tonight at HARBORCENTER in Buffalo, New York. The match-up will be streamed live on FASTHockey.com.
The United States and Canada are meeting for the ninth time at the IIHF Under-18 Women’s World Championship. The two have gone head-to-head in the gold-medal game every year since the tournament’s inception in 2008. Canada holds a 2-1-2-2 (W-OTW-OTL- L) edge over the U.S. in gold medal game. Canada has claimed the last three gold medals. The U.S. won it’s last gold medal in 2011, beating Canada 5-2.
