Question: I noticed that USA Hockey has online training for officials. Does this replace the normal in-class seminar?

Answer: No, the Online Education Program (which consists of both Required and Elective modules) is a supplement to the normal in-class seminar. During development the District Referees-in-Chief restructured the in-class requirements to compensate for the online commitments. This will compensate the time spent online.

Question: I've received my USAH Crest; can I get another for my second sweater?

Answer: You may purchase an additional/replacement crest by mailing a letter of request to,

USA Hockey Officiating Program
Attn: Helen Fenlon
1775 Bob Johnson Drive
Colorado Springs, CO 80906

Please include,
- Full Name
- USAH Officiating Number
- Mailing Address
- $5.00 Check or Money Order (do not send cash)

Question: I completed Membership Registration, but I did not receive a Rule Book. Did I do something wrong?

Answer, No, USA Hockey mails current-season Rule Books to "new" officials only during "non-rule change" seasons. Your 2013-17 Rule Book you received last season is still good this year. If you need a replacement, please go to the Officials Wearhouse ( Rule Books are available at the Book Store in the USA Hockey section of this website.

Question: I cannot access the Online Education System. My log-in does not work.

Answer: You must complete 2014-15 Membership Registration to receive access to the Online Education System. The system will be ready for you to access 24-hours after Membership Registration.

Question: I've accessed the Online Education Homepage, but I cannot find any links to the courses.

Answer: There should be banner under the USAH Logo at the homepage with links to the courses. If this is missing, please try a different computer or browser (Google Chroms or Firefox).
