Brought to you by the Liberty Mutual Insurance Responsible Sports program

In 2013, Responsible Sports asked for your help to search for exemplary moments of responsibility in youth sports—big and small.

Our panel of experts—including Positive Coaching Alliance Founder and Executive Director Jim Thompson, Executive Directors from leading youth sports organizations like USA Hockey, as well as former and current Olympic greats—has reviewed all the moments from the past year to determine the Top 10 Responsible Sports Moments of 2013.  The Top 10 Responsible Sports Moments of 2013 each earn their youth sport organization a $1,000 honorarium.

Which hockey moment made the Top 10?  See the extraordinary young athletes and their selfless acts of responsibility here!

At Liberty Mutual Insurance, we constantly look for ways to celebrate the countless acts of responsibility shown by people every day. We created Responsible Sports, powered by Positive Coaching Alliance, as part of this belief to help ensure that our kids experience the best that sports have to offer in environments that promote and display responsibility. We believe kids can learn valuable life lessons when coaches and parents come together to support winning on and off the field. Join the Responsible Sports movement!
