To make a Payment to the MAHL using your Credit Card/Debit Card or Bank Account, please review items 1-4:
1.    Fill in the amount you wish to pay and click "UPDATE TOTAL"
2.    If you have a PayPal Account, log in -- *Or if you do not have a PayPayl Account, go to lower left of the screen and     click 'CONTINUE'   *NOTE:  You do not need a PayPal Account to make your payment
3.    Fill in your information and click to review your payment.  
4.    Review your payment and finalize!  NOTE:  Please type your players' name in "Add Special Instructions to merchant."  This will assist us in applying your payment properly.  Thank you!
