Long time Michigan referee, Kevin Hall, has taken over the helm of Michigan's District 4.  Kevin has been the Co-RIC for the past five years, but takes over sole responsibility as Greg Hames retires as Co-RIC.  Kevin brings a wealth of both on-ice and off-ice experience to this position.  He has been a very active supervisor in District 4, has refereed pro hockey, and currently referees in the CCHA.
