Terry Sheen Retires, J.P. Parmentier Takes Over District 3

District 3 RIC Terry Sheen has retired after 10 years of service to the Michigan District Officiating Program.  Terry has done a great job for both his district and the program at the state level.  Terry's leadership will be missed, but we wish him well and thank him for his service. 

I am pleased to announce that J.P. Parmentier has been appointed as the new District 3 RIC.  J.P. brings a great deal of experience to his new position and we are confident that he will do a great job leading Michigan's District 3.
