Registration for the 2012-13 Hockey season can be completed online starting August 1, 2012.  We do not plan to have a registration session scheduled at the rink this year.  Hopefully this process will be easy to complete:  

1.  Register online with USA Hockey at www.usahockey.com by following the instructions provided on the Players tab. You’ll have to pay $35 for any player that is over 6 years old. You should receive a bar-coded registration confirmation when complete.  You will use that confirmation number to register with Cadillac Area Hockey Association.  

2.  Next, click on this link to register with Cadillac Area Hockey Association:

The information that you entered for USA Hockey will be used to register with CAHA so please be sure that you enter an accurate email address so we can keep you updated with any notices.  The deposit for registration can be paid online by credit card or you can choose to mail your payment to:

Effective this season, we will not need to keep a copy of the player’s birth certificate, but we do need to verify that the birth-date is accurate. This really only affects brand new players or players that have moved from other associations.  Several other forms are still required for our records and you can download these and return them by mail or in person once practice starts toward the end of September.
