The purpose of this web site is to provide Michigan officials with current officiating information at both the Michigan District and National level. The Michigan seminar schedule will be posted and continually updated. Contact information for the entire Michigan administrative staff can be found in the Michigan directory. We have listed forms and documents, needed by officials and supervisors, that can be easily printed whenever needed. Please familiarize yourself with the links on the left.

Note: The $10.00 Michigan Seminar fee will be collected on-line by USA Hockey at the time of on-line registration. It will not be collected at the seminars.
Seminar Schedule

Michigan Screening Program
All Michigan officials, who are 18 years of age or older, must complete the on-line background screening form found here. Once this form is completed and submitted, you will be given the opportunity to print the confirmation form. Please print this confirmation and bring it with you to your seminar.
Rule Changes
