You will be able to place your order beginning April 1, 2010 at NOON EST at USAHockeyDegreeJerseyProgram.com.  It is first come, first serve so I would plan to log in as soon as you can once the order site is live.  The jerseys will NOT SHIP until September, 2010.

The jerseys will be K1 Midweight practice jerseys assembled in prepackaged pre-set size kits of 17.  You will have to choose boys or girls jerseys, the appropriate age kit you need (7/8, 9/10 or 11/12) and the color (red, blue, black, white, gold or kelly green)

What you will need to place your order:
1.  Association Name
2.  Association Code
3.  Association President’s name
4.  Total number of teams in your association in the 7/8, 9/10 and 11/12 age brackets (even if you are not ordering for each team we will need to know total number)
5.  The number of kits for each age/color/gender

For example, let’s say you have 2-7/8 year old boy’s teams, 1- 9/10 year old girl team and 1- 11/12 year old boy’s and girl’s team and you decide your association wants to order blue jerseys.  Your order will look like this:

• 7/8 year old: 2 BOY’S KITS BLUE
• 9/10 year old: 1 GIRL’S KIT BLUE
• 11/12 year old: 1 BOY’S KIT BLUE; 1 GIRL’S KIT BLUE

District 2 is one of seven Districts comprising the Michigan Amateur Hockey Association.  MAHA is both an Affiliate and a single-state District in USA Hockey.

There are 7 Directors from District 2 who represent the District at MAHA meetings.  The total number of MAHA Directors is 57 - 10 Officers, 3 Directors-at-Large, 1 Girls/Women Director, 43 District Directors, plus additional active personnel in the "Past Officers" category.

In addition to voting Directors, each District has an Associate Registrar, Referee Supervisor, and Coaching Education staff.  Each Director has responsibility for a particular division.  This should be your primary contact if you are having problems.
