In preparation for the season ahead, Coach Drew, the Jets' off-ice instructor (for strength, conditioning and nutrition), has prepared the presentations to identify specific stretches and upper and lower body exercises you can do to increase flexibility, strength and, most importantly, keep you healthy all season long. These exercises/movements require no equipment and can be done in the convenience of your home; both parent(s) and players are encouraged to participate.
