Security Badges:
Security badged for each team manager and team coaches will be provided. Also receiving security badges will be IAHA Tournament Officials, Association Presidents, On-ice Officials, Tournament Officials, and Score-keepers. These badges will be dispersed at the mandatory coaches meeting. Team managers; feel free to attend the coaches meeting to receive badges for your teams. Please email a listing of your coaches and Association Presidents to: president@ifyha.org by February 6, 2012.
Score sheet Labels:
All team managers must provide score sheet labels. Please email your score sheet template to: president@ifyha.org by February 6, 2012.
All coaches must sign score sheets at check-in table prior to game time.
Programs:
Team mangers must provide a team roster as well as a team logo and/or picture. Please email your roster and picture and/or logo to Steve Heaton @ steveheaton@yahoo.com. Please email this documentation by January 31, 2012.
