The Dick Fowler award is presented to that player who has demonstrated exceptional overall leadership and athletic abilities during their time with the FJHC.  The Recipient is chosen by an impartial committee and is presented with a plaque and a perpetual throphy.

For the 2007-2008 season, Midget 16U "A" Assistant Captain Jason Beisinger was chosen to receive the award.  Beisinger exemplified himself as the point leader for the Jr. Falcon's Midget 16 "A" team, and was instrumental in his team going undefeated in regular season play, as well as in the NorCal and CAHA Championships. 

Beisinger has received an invitation to the Global International Scouting Camp held in Las Vegas.
