Our team started in March of 2004 as an avenue for local women to learn to play hockey no matter their experience.  In the summer of 2005 the age limit for our team was lowered to 16 with the hopes of encouraging girls to take up the sport.  The skill level on the team is pretty diverse.  Some players learned to figure skate as kids and are now learning how to be hockey players, some grew up watching hockey and have decided to try it themselves, and some have been playing for years and have a solid base of skating and puck handling.

We are not currently in a league but practice once a week at the Everett Events Center.  In addition to our practices we try and schedule games with local teams of similar skill level and attend several tournaments a year.  Our season runs from September through March and ends with our own tournament.
