USA Hockey and the New York District are proud to welcome and invite you to the 11th Annual USA Disabled Hockey Festival to be held April 9-12, 2015 in Buffalo, New York.
The Festival takes place in different parts of the country each year. This year, the Festival will take place at the Northtown Center located at 1615 Amherst Manor Drive in Williamsville, New York which is adjacent to Buffalo, New York.
The mission of the Festival is to provide a fun and exciting weekend of hockey in a grand event as well as promote and grow disabled hockey throughout the country.

The cost to participate in the 2015 Disabled Festival will be $350 if your registration and payment is received by December 31, 2014 and $500 if your registration and payment is received after that date and by February 14, 2015.
All entries must be received by February 14, 2015.
The USA Hockey Disabled Festival has grown over the years into a huge sucess. Becuase of that sucess, the USA Hockey Disabled Section has approved a bid process for the selection of future festivals. The process is as follows:
