NIU Ribbon

The Leafs Hockey Club wishes to express its condolences and support to the entire Northern Illinois University community in the aftermath of the February 14 shooting on the NIU campus.  To honor the victims of this senseless attack and show our support for our "rink mates" at the Leafs Ice Centre -- the NIU Hockey Team, all Leafs teams will be wearing special NIU helmet decals during Blackhawk Cup state tournament games this coming weekend and through the remainder of the season.

To learn more about a special student scholarship fund established to honor the memory of those students killed on February 14, visit this link: http://www.niu.edu/tragedy/scholarships.shtml
