All score sheets must be faxed to Bill Baldwin at 630-206-1673 or scan/Email to: reportscoremw@aol.com within 48 hours. Score Sheets must be Faxed or Emailed (scanned first) by the HOME TEAM - If Faxing, please one sheet at a time. It is best to take white copy of score sheet and fax copy so nothing gets hung up in fax machine. Please see that everything is legible. (recopy score sheet if necessary).  Note:  If there is a Misconduct - Game Misconduct or MATCHpenalty accessed or 5 penalties by one player, please send within 1 hourof game completion!
