In June, the Southeastern District Caucus voted to eliminate the signature requirement for certification of rosters. The CAHA Board of Directors approved a Bylaw change on Sunday, August 2, to ratify and implement the new district policy in North and South Carolina.
Please note before a player may be added to a Tier I or Tier II team roster written consent must be given to the local association. Most associations use player agreements or player contracts and this type of signed document will suffice as written consent.

Create your teams in Cyber Sport as you have done in past seasons. For the Team ID on the Team Information Screen, you must follow this scenario: The ID for Mite teams – MT1, MT2, etc. for all your Mite Teams, SQ1, SQ2, etc. for all your Squirt Teams and so on through age divisions (PW for Pee Wee teams, BA for Bantam teams, MD for Midget 16 & Under and 18 & Under teams, GW for Girls/Women’s teams, DH for Disabled Hockey teams.) It is not necessary to number the teams based on the hierarchy in your association.
Add personnel to the team and SAVE. Click the Reports button and select Team – Reg/Roster (Official/Supp) and PDF File as the output. Output selection can be found in the upper right corner. Click Export and follow the prompts in the wizard to complete saving your file in this format: <Association Code><Team ID>, example NCH0000PW1. The default location to save a file is the Cyber 09-10 folder, but you may change the destination by clicking the drop down arrow in the Save As dialog box.
Email your rosters for certification toNCSCRosters@aol.com as a file attachment. Please note in the body of the email the Team ID for each roster you attach. All certified rosters will be returned to the local association registrar by email.
