Greetings hockey coaches. The season is upon us. I am writing to inform you of a great new opportunity from USA Hockey. Online clinic registration. It is very simple and will be a nice tool for those of us teaching the clinics. It has been designed to take some of the bookwork away from the instructors and allow us to put on top notch clinics. Here is how it works:
Go to www.usahockey.com, click on the coaches icon. Follow the instructions and you are done. You will be able to sort all the clinics by state as well as location, etc. Once you are registered just show up for the clinic.
Just so you know, you still have to come to the clinic. You will receive your receipt upon completion of the desired course. And if you do not show up and fill out a registration form you will not receive your sticker or proof of completion. I look forward to seeing you at the clinics.
Also available this year from USA hockey. If you CURRENTLY hold level 3, and you need to get RECERTIFED, you can do so online. The course will take you roughly 6 hours to complete. Just follow the same steps outlined above and choose the recertification route. If you have any questions about either of these opportunities feel free to get a hold of me.
